NFS UNBOUND Multiplayer loading screen bug

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug There's a visual bug with the Mitsubishi Eclipse where it doesn't have any car assets loading in except the windows and interior of the car for the online multiplayer mode. This causes to have the game load forever without ever letting me in an online lobby.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If the Mitsubishi eclipse or any other car isn't loaded properly with no wheels, bumpers, customizations or doors. It'll still have the wheel speed smoke going on but there's no wheel there. The loading screen bar for the multiplayer will load to full but never screen transition into an online lobby.
What happens when the bug occurs? It'll just keep me at the NFS multiplayer loading screen without ever letting me in an online lobby. I'm stuck here and can't play.
What do you expect to see? The loading screen bar loads up but stays at the NFS Unbound Multiplayer screen. My unloaded car stays there in front of the menu screen.

Please help I can't play online and don't wanna risk losing my progressing.

@realizedtruth20 Same car is invisible at menu and stuck on multiplayer loading screen. Broken for 2 weeks now

@realizedtruth20 Me to my Nisan, Sylvia K. 1998, is missing a good chunk of its parts. Hood front bumper right and left front fenders right and left front wheels, roof doors, rear fender, rear wing rear wheels, all invisible and all I can see is a bit of the engine, the front portion of the car and a window and I cannot load into online

I was busy customers in the car, and next minute all the customisation options turned into tyres so I rebooted the game, and this is what I was greeted to any options to fix it

I have deleted the local save data, cleared all my local save data reinstalled the game restarted the Xbox four times now

Yeah only thing I haven’t tried and I don’t really want to is a factory reset of the whole console but if that’s the only option then well yeah is there any option to get it working?

I have tried everything on pc i uninstalled and dowlanded i deleted the local files and saves it doesnt work and season 3 is coming this the 4 day now i ve tried everything EA please what do we supposed to do? i take these screenshots when that bug happened

@K4Rm4-EVENT Do you have the option to reinstall to another hard drive/SSD, ideally your main one used for your Windows install?
I know it's not always possible depending on PC config, but it might be worth a shot if possible.

@EA_DavidRight now I uninstalled unbound and downloading to another drive. I hope it works if it doesnt i am gonna stop playing unbound which is sad tbh.

@EA_David aaaand dissapointed doesn't work i guess i am gonna format my pc and then try and again if that happens then i stop playing unbound i cant refund it i cant play it.

@EA_David I FORMATTED THE PC AND STILL DOESNT WORK BECAUSE YOU WONT LET ME DELETE MY SAVES IN EA APP FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!

I had this problem and it was driving me crazy. I tried everything only to finally realise it wasnt the game or my pc but my network. I tweaked the router and opened some ports and it worked
