NFS Unbound Steam (PC) - Progress reset without my consent

Summarize your bug Shortly after Vol 8 was released, almost all my stuff and almost all money (except lvl and dlc cars & clothes) went missing, my progress (history and online) was reset without my consent

I am going to the bone (to the point), this happen not long ago; when Vol. 8 was launched shortly, I saw all my stuff (cars, unlocked cars) went missing, I got mad, I cannot lie, I go ahead to uninstall the game and go to play the Bastion of Cheaters (BF5) until now, I saw the Vol. 9 and then I wanted to back to NFS... Even my progress on NFS Heat went missing. So, I want recover my progress, the only thing what remain is DLCs stuffs, level and 4 million on money (I had over 9 millions). And always I do file integrity check (in Steam, on EA app I cannot) because there is a bug what makes a slow loading to the game, drivers (all with WQHL) and all stuff from my PC is on day. And I know my online progress is on the Cloud from EA servers, so please, I wish to recover my online progress, I have 337h (289h by EA) played. Gimme a solution for this.
