How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? Loading bar looks like it's loading, but NEVER loads. It's just stuck.
What do you expect to see? A playable game.
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall...didn't work. Tried to verify files....didn't work.
DICE TeamHey, @5e5cc931a8bfcffd can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with NEED FOR SPEED™ Unbound and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

I also tried the "clean boot". However, that did not work either.
DICE TeamI've tried to run them both as admin. I've tried to launch from the Nvidia app. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall many times. Tried repairing the files. Tried to delete the Dx12***** in the shaderchace file. I updated all of my drivers including chipset. Still will not launch!

This wont load * has nothing to do with new users or admin rights or whatever. Its a buggy game that was only released before Christmas to boost sales.
I refunded my game thankfully, after an evening of trying to fix this game, using everything that is findable on the net. NOTHING worked.
Maybe a little light into what could be a problem - every time that the game didn't load far enough or crashed, I always seemed to have problems loading my friends list. "we couldn't connect to your friends" - or something similar popped up in my friends list, although I had been online and could see my friends before.
my advice, if you don't want to kill NFS for good - get the game working ASAP
I personally think this will be your last chance - there are working games out there that a currently miles ahead of what NFS is or used to be.
