Not able To change clothes And car missing

So I tried To download need for speed unbound on my new Xbox and when I did and all the dlc packs downloaded , my character was in different clothes that I could not change everytime I spammed A to change clothes it did not go , not only that but when I race And win I don’t get any money and the game doesn’t progress , I can’t buy cars and I got an integra From the speed pass and now it’s gone.
