[PC] Throttle and Brake stuck

Does the Handbrake has its own powerstrip or does it work with USB only? My Wheel with Pedals has its own powerstrip which is still turned of but makes this mess. Even when turned on the throttle/break stuck happens.

I have the same issue, i dont use a wheel or any other racing peripherals. First i tried with the xbox 360 controller, didnt work, unplugged the controller and tried playing with keyboard, same problem: the car accelerates on its own, doesnt get any faster than 100-110km/h, the brake doesnt work at all, its super weird. I installed the game on a second PC and it doesnt have this problems, only on my main laptop.

You use standard laptop keyboard or USB one?

Try to unplug everything even mouse and remember to restart your computer.

Try to update Windows.

I use the laptop keyboard, and i tried without the mouse and the cooling pad plugged, still doesnt work. I also just updated windows, same problem, its so annoying and weird.

I have the same issue. I unplugged everything, tried everything even reinstalled windows. and still doesn't work.
