PS5 controller on pc stop working in NFS Unbound

It was working perfectly before, I stopped playing for a few months, come back and find the controller not working in the game (it is working in other games). I'm using EA Play platform, PS5 controller. There's some workaround by importing everything to steam, tried and not working for me, it is pain in the a** to go through so many things just to play the game while previously I can just start the game and play. Please fix. Thanks
