Apologies to confirm all of the cars mentioned were only unlocked in Multiplayer. If we had a similar amount unlocked in the story mode we may have gone over the 200 limit.
If so, remove cars until you are under the limit and check if any missing ones are restored.
We don't have the ability to remotely edit your progress, but one workaround we could try if you have any DLC is:

if you have any DLC/ Packs installed is to uninstall one of them, reload in and this should resync the inventory. Launch the game and go to free roam. If this works, then close off everything and install the DLC again and it should work from then on.
If you shouldn't have been near the 200 limit and don't have any DLC's can you check how many unlocked cars you currently have remaining?
