I don't know why but the game runs slower as cop. Literally everybody is faster than me, cops go past me like I am in B class. As racer though the game runs completely fine. I hope there is a fix to this.

Summarize your bug: I have no idea how this happens, but the video clearly shows that as soon as you start on the copcar, the entire gameplay on it is somehow extremely slow, unnatural. And this is only in this mode. I have no idea what this is connected with, because my laptop is not weak in terms of characteristics.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's different for everyone, but for me it happens literally every time I pick up a cop car.
What happens when the bug occurs? The whole gameplay becomes slow and unnatural.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see (which is quite logical) great gameplay without these slowdowns (At the end of the video you can see a bug with mirror elements).

having the same exact issue, playing hot pursuits is absolutely impossible because i can't perform in the cop round at all. game works just fine in the racer round though.

I have the same problem, i thought that the specs of the car were slow, but every police car has the same effect of slow motion. 

same issue. sometimes as a racer. everything seems slow and sluggish when turning

cop cars are like having low fps and feels like im driving rhinos from nfs heat but slow. racer cars are just fine though

An update... When playing (as a cop) with 2 cops... it was fine... but the more cops, the more slow mo it became

When I was playing my game started to slow down, by looking at the FPS I had stable 60-70FPS but my game run like 10-15% slower. My cars were slower, steering was delayed, loading times are so much longer and I couldn't do nothing. I'm on PC (Steam) and can I ask if anyone has the same problems like me.

There was an update today and it fixed it for me, now it’s just lag spikes, but doesn’t happen too often. I can finally do the challenges.

Not fixed for me either. It seems like the recent silent update improved things a touch but the slowmo is still noticeably there, and now I sometimes also get it on the racer side. I've also observed that in hot pursuit mode the game's CPU usage is noticeably higher, like 10% or more higher

The issue is not fixed to me also.

The cop mode got faster after the update, but its defintely NOT fixed. Using the 911 GTS Cop Car i still got outran by A+ class cars, and sometimes gravity is at like 50% of what the game should be like.

Also, it seems that i lost framerate, and i had to lower to a custom "High-Ultra" graphics setting (originally full Ultra). From 50 stable fps (peaking at 65 to 70), i went all the way down to 38 stable fps.

My laptop's specs:

Lenovo Legion Y740-15ichg w/W10.

Intel I7-8750h (capped at 2.2 GHz, if i unlock it to 3.9Ghz its gonna burn itself)

RTX2060 6GB VRAM

16GB RAM DDR4 @ 2666MHz

Game's running on a 2TB Kingston SSD

Edit: Its fixed. For some reason it took a whole day to take effect. But its fixed now!
