I renewed my EA subscription with Game Pass and the car is still completely missing for me.

Mine is not available to purchase still. I'm on PS5

Hi im having the same issue except I did Yaz's mission, but it never unlocked for me after I beat it and I checked online and nothing still so I bought

the subscription to see if that worked and nothing please help.

I got same issue, the main reason I started story mode was to get the car and now I got hit with a dissapointment :/

There is no car to be seen.

Now reading that people that even subbed dont get the car should be a hotfix asap, but I dont see EA anywhere to respond to this.

I would of chargeback the money for missleading offers.

Didn't recieve what was promised.

They lose money , still no reponses to be seen.

And this been an issue for I dont even know how many months.

I wonder if they fired the entire dev squad and theres nobody to work on it.

Imagine being this big of a company and for months, they cant get an offer that earns them money, solved.

It's pretty yikes.

Like step it up or delete the missleading offers..

Ya'll getting paid for to fix it yet nobody knows how to fix it..

Nope i have brought ea play on steam and Ea (TWICE) and received nothing

Since Vol.7 I've lost access too ALL EA Play reward cars. I thought it was because I moved my EA sub from steam to the EA App back in march. But I think it was this update.

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Around Vol. 7 update.

Are you unable to claim the EA Play reward, or did the vehicle disappear? Yes, All of the EA Play rewards.

Do you still have an active EA Play subscription? Yes through the EA App.

Is anything else happening? Since vol. 7 my games been touchy about actually running. Can take 10 to 20 minutes before I get an error or it runs. 

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: There's nothing I can do about the missing cars, except contact EA (What I'm doing). With the boot issues, So many  things.
