We have Volume 6 now and the "purchased failed" Bug is still not fixed! Can not be that hard to make the game work normally at least after a year!

Just find out, that selling some cars offline will fix the problem

Is it also known whether it doesn't matter which cars I sell? (then of course I would take the cheapest ones).
Or does it have to be the 0 value cars?

I now have around 155 cars offline and there used to be 62 online, and I've already sold a few online cars.

  On February 24th, 2024 I was able to buy the unlocked Mercedes Maybach and the BMW M2 2023 in game.

  Then I bought and installed all the DLCs and on February 25th, 2024 I finally met all the requirements to buy the DMC DeLorean and the Porsche Taycan. However, I can't buy both cars. Every time I get the error message: “Purchase failed”.

  I then tried this with any other car, whether online or offline. The result is always the same: “PURCHASE FAILED”.

  I've already completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and all DLC's, without success.

There is a limit of 200 cars between both Story mode and Online. That's what is triggering the purchased failed error. To be able to buy more cars you'll have to sell some offline.

Why can't you just set the limit higher?

Shouldn't that be the problem in 2024?

Or you no longer separate the garages so that all offline vehicles are also available online or vice versa (probably more useful because of the activation playlists).

Obviously many players have this error.

Does that mean I now have to sell my painted and tuned cars offline so that I can then buy them online?

That can't be the solution!

It can't be that I laboriously earn 175 cars offline, paint them and invest a lot of credits for tuning so that I now have to sell them all again to have space in the online garage.

It should actually be possible to increase the limit to at least 500 cars.

Other game manufacturers like Forza Mototorsport, Forza Horizon, The Crew and Gran Turismo also get it.

It would be nice if there was an update in this regard as soon as possible, in which the missing tick/cross would be added so that you can see which cars you have already bought.

This shouldn't be that difficult to implement

There are a total of 216 cars in the game. As a collector and perfectionist you reach your limits here.

I generally always like to have all the cars available in a game.

What kind of racing game is this and what kind of logic?

Well, offline probably won't be an issue anymore, but it's still a shame about the beautiful collection.

Above all, there has to be space for more than 200 cars, because, strangely enough, the Audis that you didn't have to buy are in the offline and also in the online garage.

And at that point I had already the mistake that I couldn't buy any more cars.

I have 175 cars offline and another 59 cars in the garage online.

Makes a total of 234 cars. So something is wrong here with the statement: Limit 200 cars.

The last action that i did before noticing this problem was modify a car, and had no problem with that

I am using Unite mod while this error occured too, although i tried to buy a car without any mods applied and the problem persists.

Also, after i noticed this error, i went out on the garage to earn some money and when i returned my total money didnt update, if that might help

I dont even have 20 cars and this happens Story mode and online, also getting kicked out of online all the time.story mode, :lost connection" online also the same, kicks me out. 

I have a total of 4 cars throughout online and offline and I’m still having the problem… any suggestions?

The Vol. 7 game update has been released, I still have the lobby creation error FTCL 5001, and I can’t buy a car... 

despite the fact that my friends are doing great, they even have twice as many cars as me

And now the problem is, how can I complete this task now that I can’t buy a car? I need a Honda, but I can't buy it

I have this bug too (and more...).
Unfortunately there is no way to get the dlc stuff without being online, but being online is breaking my game. Is there any way someone from support can reset my online garage or not (without losing the money)? Bought the DLCs yesterday to finish the campaign (what I did today) after a long break and then start online (never played)...

I am getting this error still! And I also cannot play in free roam! It keeps kicking me back to main menu!

I tried to buy the lancer x after doing the challenge tried to buy the cheapest car but still fails

The other day I updated the game to vol 7, and after that I can’t buy a single car, not in a single game, not online, it says a "purchase failed", everything is fine with the save, I’m playing on a PC, help me solve the problem, I haven’t tried anything.
P.S. there are 110 cars online, 70 in a single game, I know that there can be a maximum of 200 cars
