I am able to download other games through the EA App. I just tested this again by downloading Jade Empire Special Edition in the EA App.

I looked at those connection guides, and I wouldn't think it would be my connection then. If you think so, could you tell me which part of those guides you would like me to test?

I don't think any applications are limiting EA App from installing/download because other games work at full internet speeds.

I am disregarding the system file checker tool. But if you strongly think I need to look into that guide, please say so.

I tried the Clean Boot mode, but just so you know, following that guide actually disabled the EA service. When I rebooted, the client didn't even work then. After, selecting it again, and rebooting with most of my services disabled, the game still does not want to install.
