Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with the Volume 6 update. 

If you have not please try the following steps first, 

• EA App - Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Steam - Verify the game in via your Steam library
  
  
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

If you continue running into issues launching NFS Unbound, please let us know the following:

• What is your EA ID?
• Which PC client do you play on?
• Are you getting an error message?
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
