Re: NFS Unbound Not connecting to internet

Hey Everyone, 

I wanted to confirm with everyone in this thread if you are still running into issues with NFS Unbound launching? 

If so, please let us know the following:

• Platform (or client):
• EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
• Are you getting an error message?
• Does this happen to any other account on the device?
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

It's Vol 7 and still has this Connection Lost issue. I have 151 cars and 95 wraps, but still can't join online. Deleting wraps and selling cars shouldn't be the solution. I also didn't encounter this issue in Heat even once, when I had 200 cars and 100 wraps. Can you fix this issue A$AP? We're running out of patience here.

Hi, i still had this issue. Chat with ea guys yesterday and didn’t resolved anything. From simple login logout, unsync and sync, change the dns etc and still can’t online. Im on ps5.

I can't get online again still! What did your update actually do? I'm being kicked constantly from free roam. Now I can't even get online! Can't finish or see what I paid for! Everything I had equipped has been reverted to something else. Cars aren't saving properly! What is going on? I have paid for everything in this game and now I can't use or play any of it. Can't get into free roam. Support doesn't know what to do. I've submitted reports along w/ others regarding this! Help out please!

What is going on that you can't fix this? 

I have done the following:

Hard reset playstation.

Restored licenses.

Mobile Hotspot.

Wifi.

Ethernet.

Changed dns settings.

Reset router.

Playstation says it's EA/NFS Unbound.

No other game has issues connecting. Other system on same router has no issue getting into free roam! I have same issue on that system. 

FIX THIS. I have paid for everything and now I can't get on to finish!

Need some help please. Posted everything I've done. Sent direct message. I'd really like to play the game I paid for. Bought at launch. Paid for every vol.

just downloaded the latest update. Problem still persist at this moment. Unable to join freeroam online as it says no connection. It has been few weeks now and it sucks.

Yep..... Bought the Drift and Drag DLC to actually drift cars, but come to find out, i have to be online to do it.... not sure how to be online if this game WON'T LET ME!!!!!!!!!

We did not find the solution, please help us

So...... Just by deleting your Game progression by navagating to your SaveGame file in your Documents folder on your PC, i guess FIXES the online issues we've been having since launch......

WTF EA.
