SLOW MOTION ISSUE

Question

So i average around 40-57fps in this game depending on area. Im playing on 1080p lowest settings , vsync on, motion blur off.

As soon as i reach the core of the town or if im in specific parts of town and outside of it the game starts to run in slow motion despite displaying for example 45fps. This also happens in some races.

It isn't stuttering it just runs in slow motion. Also the game loads incredibly fast somehow despite running like this.

My PC specs are:

I5 3470 , RX 560 4GB that i OCed to 1400Mhz Core Clock and 1900Mhz Memory clock , 16GB Of DDR3 1333Mhz Ram.

The game is on a SSD.

Changing settings to like 720p doesn't change this despite giving me even more FPS. Im not running any apps in background.

Hello&nbsp;@AkiPlay312,When entering densely populated areas with many elements in the game world, it's natural to experience lower FPS. If you're already facing low FPS, the best course of action is to reduce your overall graphics settings and lower your resolution.Best regards,danisoff

@danisoff&nbsp; As i said even if i put 720p on lowest settings nothing changes. The game shows im running on 60fps but its running in slow motion in races and in a town , also when there's atleast 2 cops on screen. Frametime is going up and down from 20ms to sometimes reacing 35ms. No matter how much programs and windows services i turn off in background the game remains same.

@AkiPlay312,Honestly there is nothing much I can recommend, you can try reinstalling your game and updating your GPU and CPU drivers. Also, check your temperature when you are playing the game.&nbsp;These are some usual troubleshooting steps that I recommend, give it a try.&nbsp;The issue itself has to be linked to PC performance.Best regards,danisoff
