I was playing online for 5 minutes when the game started bugging out and i lost the back half of my car. so i reset the game to fix it and as soon as i try to load in to online it gets stuck on the graffiti loading screen. is there a fix to this? ive done everything thats been suggested to no prevail

Did you get it to work eventually ? if so, how ? because i’m having the same issue

Same thing has happened to me, just after purchasing the new DLC I can no longer play the game. The only option I have found to work is loading the game without your original save file. This is a nuclear option and in my opinion is not an acceptable option at all. I have over 200 hours in the game, most of it was spent during the time that the game was at its worst (and it was bad) but my friends and I were able to find ways to really enjoy it. I was excited for the new content and looking forward to the new season and to be honest to play the game in a some what healthy state especially with how bad it was at launch. Starting over just isn't an option when I have completed all collectibles (street art, billboards, etc.) and all activities (speed trap, drift event, etc.) on top of the fleet of cars I bought and fully upgraded. The only thing I was able to notice that preceded the infinite loading screen was that my RX7's body completely bugged (pictures included). Has anyone been able to find a fix?Thank you in advance!

It's been months this * is still not fixed almost unlocked the Viper the whole reason I started from scratch online and now the entire safe is just bricked half the car is gone and cant get back into the online profil fml.What a f ing Joke a Multi-Million Dollar Company and they can't even make the Game playable for everybody if I was a new Customer I would return this piece of not working junk sadly I am not.Forcing people into Multiplayer for Updates and then having the Mode you force on People not working must be the biggest Joke of all time GG EA you still blow and not in a good way.

The save file isn't really corrupted the Game glitched the Car and the Server somehow allowed it to be saved that way if we had a Save editor you could just delete the Car and that would fix the whole problem.No clue how the Dev's would allow a glitched Car that can brick your entire Game to be saved in the first place I wouldn't delete the save just make a new folder and put it in there your SP progress isn't lost that way you just have to swap around saves depending on if you want to play SP or MP this way you only have to start the MP over.

Same here you know how to fix it? Also is your car mostly invisible because mine is it won't load in properly not sure if that's what's bugging loading into online

To confirm are you on an insider build of the Xbox's operating system?

Also, when you have a moment can we try the following?

Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)

Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check

Check for updates

Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Open you're Xbox NAT Type

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Yes. Im on insider build Xbox, but all this doesnt matter, because when im change profile on Xbox i can play online, only on my account and my profile online doesnt work. Probably because car glitched and Save doesnt work, idk.
I try everything changing dns to clear cache and clear saves from console(no from cloud cause i dont want to lose my progress) still froze on loading
