Stuck on the Side Bets screen

Just happened to me on pc.
I started story when it came out on trial.
Then mostly played online mode and yesterday got back into the game after buying it on sale.
Played some online matches and then decided to revisit story mode.
I am at the very beginning and one of the first races im having this bug. Cant progress.
Guess have to play story mode through first before going into online matches - what a joke ...

Same for me. Played online so far and after starting the Story Mode I'm stuck at the first event. Ridiculous.

Summarize your bug I have played Multiplayer since I started playing Unbound. I have unlocked dozens of cars and collected all bears, billboards, and spray paints. I then decided to play the story mode to try it out. In an unfortunate turn of events. The first meetup that I had to go through renders stuck on the Side Bets screen. No matter which car I used (The car I unlocked from multiplayer, or the first car I obtained from story mode) the exact same thing happens. I am playing on a computer/desktop and not on a gaming console. I have seen dozens of posts and even from other 3rd-party sites, that EA has been taking down posts/reports of this specific bug as they blame it on the console(Playstation or Xbox). I also noticed that this was already an issue reported even from Volume 2, and the current volume is 3. So, there is no hope for me to play story mode and unlock all other cars/items in the game that requires story mode then? This ruins my experience playing the game as I have invested hours already for this game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Invest time with multiplayer and collect all collectibles mainly the bears, billboards, and spray paints to unlock the cars that come with it. 2. Start Story mode and hope for the best. 3. Go to your first Meet-up. 4. Enter any playlist on that meet-up. 5. Proceed till you are taken to the side-bet screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? It stops me from progressing through the story mode of the game.
What do you expect to see? I expect it to proceed to the race or betting screen.

We pay for a game to play and we Look on a Bug at first race... For Platin save game delete is not really an Option because you have to collect and challenge every thing.

We Post Screenshots and Videos... Describe few Times the Bug exactly so Do your Job please. 

Surprise, surprise, I'm having the same problem.

It's even more annoying for me, because I've already had to reset my save file to fix a completely different glitch. Not that long ago, either. My first game-breaking glitch forbade me from buying any new cars from either the story or multiplayer modes, so I had to reset. I was worried about my Speed Pass resetting, which would make me need to grind up all 75 levels again to reclaim all the rewards (including the special Viper), but luckily, it didn't. The problem is that I don't actually know why that didn't reset, so I don't know if it was a fluke or not.

Now, here I am, a DAY before the current Speed Pass ends to make way for the new one, and I've encountered another glitch that seems to have only one 'fix', which is to reset my game AGAIN. Completing online once is fine; twice isn't fun but I'll survive; three times is frankly unforgiveable. Since I want to love this game, I am resetting. Cross your fingers for me!!

Its fixed now... Old save game works. On PS5 with Patch Volume 4.
