NFS  UNBOUND ULTIMATE EDITION

The game experiences stuttering or FPS drops when collecting collectibles like bears, paintings, speed traps, or when escaping police chases. Otherwise, the game runs normally. The game also experiences random crashes; sometimes it crashes shortly after starting, but other times it crashes after an hour. The cause of the crashes is unknown as it only happens in NFS Unbound. I can tolerate the stuttering, but the crashes are very disruptive to the gameplay and occur randomly, making them unpredictable. EA or Criterion, please fix this issue.
