Terrible stuttering

hi,

i have the need for speed unbound standard edition, lately this game has been working very well with high graphic settings running at descent frame rate of over 50++ fps. i used to have 16GB ram DDR4 3200mhz. i recently upgraded my ram to 32 GB DDR4 3200 mhz and the game has been stuttering since then at 15-20fps which is totally unplayable. i have uploaded my dxdiag text file in attachments so you understand my pc better. i have tried everything to make this game working again properly, may it be reinstalling my wondows 11 (repair feature), reinstalling the game 2-3 times, updating my graphic drivers even downgrading to previous version, still of no use. result the same. all other games work fine except for this one. seriously what is the solution to this to make it work again??

the game isnt even detected in my nvidia app. doesnt recognise it...

either fix this game or just give me a full refund PERIOD!
