Product: Need for Speed: UnboundPlatform:PlayStation 5Summarize your bug Ever since the Vol. 9 update got released, my game has crashed roughly 3-4 times now.How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try playing the Lockdown mode or another playlist.What happens when the bug occurs? The game would freeze entirely before the screen goes black. Finally, a message would appear saying, "something went wrong with this game or app."What do you expect to see? I expect to see an update being released to resolve this crashing issue.‌I immensely enjoy NFS Unbound, but this occasional crashing is kinda making me feel afraid to play the game. I sincerely hope that the development team would resolve this issue.

Hello, I use a LAN connection.For me, maybe I should try and regularly clear cache and rebuild database.

@firmforestHello,Do you use a WiFi or a LAN connection? LAN is always the better solution. What you can do is prioritize your PS5 in your router, then all other connections will be reduced and your PS5 will get full performance.The next point, start your PS5 in safe mode, clear your cache, then turn it off and start it again in safe mode and then build your database.I always do this automatically once a week.Greetings Judyracing
