The Sims 4 App Account Error

I have this same issue except I have the EA games app on my laptop. I tried to log into The Sims 4 app. This is what it says.

You don't have access.

"This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns this game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again."

I have the same email, nothing has changed. I even deleted the old file and restarted the app and it still says the same thing thing.
