How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It is inconsistent to pull off, sometimes going into a meetup with a Car and then quickly going into a lower or higher tier race will cause the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? It puts you into a unfair position, all AI racers have better/faster cars and it makes the competition unfair for the player.
What do you expect to see? It can make you lose hefty amounts of cash depending on how much the buy in is or if it is a "Winner Takes All" Race, fixing this bug would be a nice help for everyone involved.
