What happens when the bug occurs? Game audio and music fades for unnecessary prolonged periods while the npc/story dialogue happens in the background
What do you expect to see? Getting rid of the dampen effect when turning story/npc dialogue to 0% so to fully enjoy the music and car sounds

Turning npc dialogue to 0 should completely get rid of the dampen effect because I'm not hearing any dialogue anyway.
