Unable to connect to ea server
I can maybe play online for 5 minutes and then things start glitching. And I get kicked out and get the unable to connect to ea code. I have tried pretty much everything I can find online to solve the issue and nothing. Anyone else having this issue?
Hey @LoriGostan Could we try the following?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
