Unable to Connect

Ive been having this error for a while and ea support was not helpful. Anyone else having this issue and fix it? Bought the game on epic games launcher if that helps. My epic account is linked to my ...

@EA_Barry No offense, but this is exactly what I was talking about EA not being helpful. I already said my account WAS linked and there would be no way I would have the game in my library if it wasn't. I double checked just now and it still is. I have internet and the game is allowed through the firewall so it can access the internet too idk whats wrong it makes no sense. I apologize for the frustration but its been 2 weeks of this.
