Unable to obtain BMW M3 GTR

Summarize your bug So as of now I have completed the entirety off blacklist cars but still have not gotten access to the BMW M3 GTR which is the reward for completion
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You'll have to obtain every blacklist car in the first place and well not get rewarded afterwards.
What happens when the bug occurs? You wont get the BMW M3 GTR as the reward Vehicle.
What do you expect to see? I want to receive the BMW M3 GTR since I put hours in the mode to receive it.
