Can you play Story mode? If so enter Story mode, drive around, re-enter the garage.
Then back out all the way to the main menu of NFS Unbound and make sure you don't have any errors if you do not fully close the game and relaunch. Then test if you can enter the Online mode.
Hi @EA_Illium Thanks for the tip, I did it that way, but unfortunately I was unable to get into free roam mode. As I read here in the forum, several players have the same problem and many other problems such as with the car delivery and the missing daily challenge. These problems apply to me too. What I noticed is that after over an hour of trying to get into the lobby, it worked. Unfortunately, I was kicked out of the lobby after about 30 seconds...

Hi, @EA_Illium I've been having the same issues @ZimtsternLalaliu where I can't access the free roam of online vol 8
The only error message I receive is Error code: FTCL5001
Failed to create lobby.
It only shows up before I decide on PvP or Free roam.
Is this issue related or maybe something else?

Hi EA_Illium, when I try to get into free roam, it takes a long time to load and the screen goes black after the loading scene.
After that, it breaks off and automatically returns to the main menu. Then I have to reconnect to the server and go online. I get into the online garage and no error message appears.
Then I try to get into free roam again, it loads for a long time again, breaks off and I get back into the main menu, then I connect to the server.
Synchronization starts, then an error message FTCL5001 appears. This message doesn't always appear, sometimes it appears, sometimes none, sometimes the system doesn't synchronize at all.
Maybe after an hour or two, after about 30 logins, I get in once. Then I was kicked out of the lobby after about a minute, but if I get straight into free roam, I'm not kicked out of the lobby.

Hey @ZimtsternLalaliu @TheHondaToday
A temporary work around for this issue if you have any DLC/ Packs installed is to uninstall one of them, reload in and this should re-sync the inventory.
Launch the game and go to free roam and attempt to enter the map. If this works, then close off everything fully and reinstall the DLC again and it should work from then on.
This is being investigated further as well.
