Unable to see friend in NFS Unbound
I am unable to add a specific friend of mine through Unbound, when I search them, it acts like their account does not exist. Same for my friends PC, when he searched for me I briefly appeared, then disappeared on his end. I am playing from a Series X and my friend plays through the Xbox app on PC. I have added other people from separate platforms, and never had this issue before. He got the game specifically to play alongside me so any suggestions would be great.

Can you friend try searching for your EA ID (on the EA account you have linked to Xbox) in their EA App?
If you don't appear you may both want to check your privacy settings https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/privacy/index to see if either are blocked or if you have settings enabled to would be hiding you from being discovered. (you might want to also check the Xbox account and console settings)
If they can see you try having him add you as a friend, the seeing if you appear in-game.
