Unbound Cars in garage disappeared

Summarize your bug I have 2 cars with no body kits and cannot do any customization driving also has no nos.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I bought the cars then started customizing and the glitch occurred. It appears to be completely random on weather it will do it or not as I have bought a couple of cars and had no problems.
What happens when the bug occurs? Body kits, wheels and in the case of the Ferrari FXX-K Evo all but the seats disappear.
What do you expect to see? A car...

As you will see in the screenshots provided, I have 2 cars in my garage that have lost their bodies and are completely broken to drive.  All I have done is tried to customize them and then this has happened.

i have the same issue, i had 3 and they are gone, i can buy one again, but also all my vol 4 dlc cars have been stripped and are unavailable to buy and the speed pass car too, and ea play cars and heat reward car, its like it thinks i dont own them, and removed my taycans since it at a point though i hadnt  even played vol 4.
i cant even change parts on most regular cars, my account is stuck, i can do races and stuff, but im scared that my 360 hours of progress has been just corrupted and my paid dlc locked out of.

Suddenly on my Story mode, my Skyline, Polestar and my 350Z are not showing its DLC parts! The Polestar is missing its body parts as well! How did this happen??? I need help! I restarted the game, it didn't work! This is bloody annoying! Same with the Speedpass Porsche!!! HELP! It seems to be an savegame issue! Also the same problem with online cars! ☹️ If I delete my savegame and get created a new one, everything seems to work online ☹️

HOW CAN YOU MAKE THESE KINDS OF BUGS POSSIBLE???!

Yeah, my Taycans have been removed too. Seems to be a lot of issues today. All was fine this morning. But now it’s a little bit of a mess. 
Is anyone aware of any update that happened today? 

It’s the same on Xbox x 

some cars have multiple issues and some cars don’t have any. Hopefully it’s resolved soon.

Hey, im having trouble with missing car parts problem. This lambo missing body parts as seen in the video. This car is a gift because im a EA play member. Other gift car Mclaren F1 is missing vinyl. 

I'm having this trouble after 55 hours of gameplay, i've been using this lambo long time and this problem occured just now. I relaunched game, restarted my device, logged out account, none of those fixed this problem. 

I don't have any trouble with other cars but EA play member gifted cars.

I hadn't played NFS Unbound yet. Last time I played it was yesterday. But I am willing to bet if I were to play NFS Unbound today, I would also be affected with the missing Porsche Taycan Turbo S as well.

First, the Mercedes-Benz Maybach S 680 disappears from players' garages for some unknown reason. And now, the Porsche Taycan Turbo S disappears from players' garages as well.

I was gonna play NFS Unbound today. But after learning what's going on in the game right now, I'm not gonna bother playing and wait until the Volume 4 Speed Pass ends for a potential Volume 5 update in October 2023 (and possible fix of this issue).

I have the same on PS5. Buying this cars for real money and happening this. So sad. And if we sell, we cant rebuy this cars, and lose the money we spend on tuning. And lose this dlc car wraps too, and the polestar bodykit. We need fix this. We paying exclusive cars, not for this.
