Unbound (PC) send me back to main menu when I enter ANY garage.

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Unbound (PC) send me back to main menu when I enter ANY garage.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By enter ANY garage.
What happens when the bug occurs? I enter to any garage then the game will display the loading screen for at least 30 seconds and then the game crash and sent me back to the main menu and then have to reconnect to EA online again. This only started happening after the Vol.7 update.
What do you expect to see? I expect not to sent me back to the main menu.

I have exactly the same problem since Vol. 7.
I move around in free roam and I am afraid to change car because I will go straight back to the main menu!

Whatever car modification I want to do I must to do it before leave the garage, and play all the session with the same car otherwise is an endless rejoin loop.

Also my friends need to leave theirs session and create and rejoin a new party for me.

I am playing from a PC I validate steam files countless times, delete and reinstall NFS: Unbound and try EA app recovery clear cache and guess what nothing change!
I use FTTH so it’s not an internet problem and everything on my computer is up to date.

I also get this Error Code: FTCL5001 so currently I encounter 2 bugs and I can’t find any solution via EA forums / Reddit / YouTube.

Can someone from EA / Criterion developers find me A REAL SOLUTION?

I'm starting to have more hours loading and joining than driving around in Lakeshore Online.

    Hi @RinzlerJP 

    Thanks for reaching out to the community and letting us know what you are running into!

    When you have a moment can we see if the following steps changes anything?

    1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
    2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
    3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
    4. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    5. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
    6. Perform a clean boot of your PC to disable background tasks that may be interfering with your game.

    ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

    Did you READ my post before you reply this 6 EA solutions?

    Need a real solution here as I said before I did all the above countless times.

    Looking forward for a solution
