First, to confirm we are unable to add or assist with missing in-game items here on the forums. We can try to a few different steps to get the items to appear and pass any reports on to the team.

For the missing Pre-Order content, to confirm did you recently try to redeem a code or when did you first try?
hi i tried to do it yesterday as the code was given to me it said the code worked and was added to my account i spoke to support but they sent me here

Hi @Alfie_Bez_434, To confirm was the code given by a friend or did you purchase it from an online retailer?
Also to confirm we are unable to add content to accounts here on the forums. If we are running into an issue with the code itself it depends on what is causing the issue if our support may be able to further assist.
