"we couldn't load your cloud data"

Hi guys, Every time I tried to launch the game i would got the message saying "we couldn't load your cloud data" with an Error code: 10600. I am just wondering how am I supposed to solve it?

    What happens when you press the ok button? Have you tried reinstalling your game and checking your internet connection stability?
