Ultra or low doesn't matter, how come you don't see or notice the white dots around the DHL text? I can see it just by looking at the pictures you posted.
As for your problem, if you are playing on PC, delete the files under Documents\Need For Speed(TM) Unbound\SaveGame\wraps and it will be solved. It will be loaded again from the cloud.

Doesn't fix a damned thing. It always comes back whenever you re-apply more than one car with your wraps. It's a game breaking bug.
