Community AdminHi, in my testing using a wired controller has worked fine. Can you make sure the controller is connected before starting the game client?
If you are tring to play wirelessly, can you swap to a wired connection and use that as a test?

@EA_David the thing is that no controller is working and with keyboard, I can't even accelerate at all. The car just starts loosing speed when it reaches 3rd gear.
I'll be honest, as a game developer myself, this is a blunder. Since controls is the thing that is added as a layer on top the entire gameplay loop which should be a standalone system of it's own and needs a remapping system to know what is being pressed. On top of that you can add a way to alter the controls as per the platform. It's not a fix that should take months. It can be fixed in a matter of hours, 1 hour as a matter of fact. I've done it in a few of my own games, I can't understand with such a big budget, the games come out with such stupid bugs that are things that should have been fixed. Heat never gave me such an issue to begin with. This is outrageous to be honest.
