Xbox series x need for speed unbound constantly crashes

I have the digital palace, edition version of need for speed unbound for Xbox series X. I cannot play longer than five minutes at a time without the game crashing and going back to the Xbox menu, or turning off the Xbox entirely with the crash. It is only this game that this happens with, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled, changed accounts, and even reset my Xbox to factory settings and re-download the game. It still crashes around five minutes or less into the game every single time. This issue only started happening recently as I am currently around the week three stage of the campaign, an this did not happen up until about the 2 1/2 week mark. I already contacted the Xbox support people, and they determine that the issue was most likely with the game itself and not the consul. Any idea what to do from here? It would just be nice to be able to play the game that I paid to play ☹️
