Thanks. Sir. It was them Who sent me heter to get help.
From you i suppose.
And I had to go trough 5 agents who would either just obviously disconnect me or just stop replying.
Until this guy who tried to make me restart console and clear my cache to turn this card inte a 90+.
He did not have an understanding at all.
Please do not let me have to deal with them to resolve this. It is not a real support.

Its torture to deal with ea nhl support.
I have so many cases with content missing etc that i just give up becuse i provide them with hours of work. Providing every single document and its obvious they just throw you around and never ever really look inte the issue

I love this game but its a mental nightmare to get real help.
You would not believe even Phone support will fake dissconect etc.
Look into my case and I promise you there is ZERO * from my side. Polite and respectfulll even I get treated like trash.
And I repeat. It was them who sent me here..
I now spoke to
Abhishek2.
He pulled the good old fake disconnect trick.
My case was escelated very much he told me. And I shall wait for resolve reply once this server guys fixed it.
But two times same same scenario my case Will just be closed after some day.
