Coin Distribution?

I got a 7 day Hut ban for “coin distribution.” They locked me out of HUT for 7 days and reset my coins to zero. Also I cant use the auction house for 2 weeks. I buy/bid tradeable player cards that people post that I think is below market value at the auction house and then try to flip it for more coins as a way to make extra coin for myself as I don’t spend real money for video game add-ons. I’ve also been stocking up on cards to use as sets to upgrade power up collectibles and for TOTY or to possibly flip in the future in case there’s coin inflation in the game as it progresses. Worst part is that the ban doesn’t show up on my ban history on my account to dispute or appeal the ban. I’m still waiting to hear from the Terms and Services department..

Had to read up on coin distribution: basically means buying coins from a third party or transferring coins from one account to another.

Does buying and selling cards for for a profit (in game currency) on the auction house constitute coin distribution? And where do they draw the line?

I mostly trade 86+ overall player cards and Silver/Bronze Goalies

    The issue I’m facing is that there is no ban that shows up in my ban history so I am unable to dispute or appeal it through the link you’ve provided. I have contacted EA help and they weren’t able to figure it out yet and say that there is no ban or sanctions that they can see on the account. Yet when I try to login to HUT I receive the ban/suspension message. Not sure how I can get a hold of the Terms and Services Team without the actual ban showing up in my ban history so I can dispute through the proper channels. I’ve had multiple advisors check to see usernames/email address that my account is linked to and they’ve verified that that I only have one email address active that is linked to an account (which is the same one that I received the banned notification). So I’m just stuck in limbo at the moment 

  • Is there a way to get in touch with the terms and services team to dispute or appeal if the ban doesn’t show up in my ban history (I’m unable to dispute/appeal through the proper channels)? I have contacted EA help and they have not been able to figure out this technical issue or got back to me (probably by the time they do, my ban would probably be over, which one advisor just told me to wait it out, which isn’t fair play because I would not have had the chance to dispute/appeal the ban at all). Apart from the time not being able to play the game, I lose the coins I’ve accumulated due to it being reset without a formal investigation into the ban.
