Custom WoC jerseys broken

We don't have any updates yet. When we do, there should be an announcement on our official channels.

sorry, just posted about this as well.  But feeling the same way.  I know it's not a top priority as it doesn't generate extra revenue..  I just am disappointed as it was a problem in NHL 21 and all year the answer was it was being investigated and then never got resolved. I'm not creating a new club at this point either.

We have create a new Club and have the same problem again. Before we join a match the logo and uniform was our custome stuff. Then we join the first match and all was reset to the black nhl jersey and the ducks logo. Helmet and gloves are custome. It makes no sense and is annoying.

Thanks for testing that. I’m definitely not resetting everything and making a new club and spending an hour customizing to have this happened again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time by creating a new club. 

We need an update on this other than “we’re looking into it”. It’s been three weeks since this game was released and something like this should have been resolved by now.

I don't have any news on this yet. There are a number of issues currently being investigated. As soon as we have an update, it'll be relayed here. I know it's very frustrating so hopefully, we can get this handled soon.

Any idea if the new patch will fix this jerseys issue. I don’t believe I see it in the patch notes so I thought I’d ask.

I'm not seeing anything about it in the patch notes. We'll have to wait and see if it's addressed in a future update. I know this is very frustrating for you guys. I'd love to see this get fixed as soon as possible.

Is there anything we can do in the meantime. Opponents are not changing their jerseys or are seeing our custom jerseys and when we get to the game we have the black nhl and we are playing against another black jersey. 

Jersey broken, but in team setup a jerseys are ok, any FIX yet ????

Reminder to everyone that this is still broken. I found that if you change to stock branding for uniforms and pick an existing team branding, it works fine. 

Custom branding jerseys are still broken and zero updates from the team. The issue has persisted for over a month now.
