Also, if you're on a Series X/S, try removing the game from Quick Resume and then power cycle your modem/router and console.
- @EA_Aljo I'm not turning down any suggestions but when your game gives an error and a code you should be able to fix this not make me wait over a week for a game I HAVE ALREADY PAID $130 for. If absolutely nothing would work it might make sense but I can still get in and do challenges but that's it evert other game mode for online gives me an error even if it's single player online with noone else involved
Yeah same thing happened to me today I just dropped like 250 bucks on opening packs and EA shuts me down for the holidays after giving them my money what a joke. I called a kid a * and they shut my whole account down for 2 weeks and don’t do anything about it when I’ve called them countless times now all my holidays I can’t play any nhl hut at all after just giving them hundreds of dollars. Never buying this game again not like it used to be where you could just hop on and play hockey after a one time spend of 100 bucks on the game. EA is just out for your money lol.
- @Lawless93 Mine is something with nhl 23 alone because I tried squad battles for nhl 22 to see if it would work and it does so don't know what to do. I've tried everything. Literally for 4 days now
Yeah same it banned me from online play so I figured I could at least do nhl but rush offline or squad battles offline but nope just keeps popping up an error code ridiculous
I am experiencing the same error. Been playing squad battles for hours trying to finish last few games and was only 3 away from completion and this error started. Tried everything you recommended in this thread but no luck. Hard shut down of Xbox one console no help either. Have been playing for months with no issue and then boom. Made no changes to lineup etc, and had been playing all morning. Really frustrating as hoped to finish in the top 50 for rewards, but now unable to complete last 3 games and will finish out of the top 100. Help? Note that after full console restart it asked if I wanted to use console save data or if I wanted to use the cloud, as said they were different, although the time stamp was identical. Thanks in advance. 👍
Hello, since yesterday I have the same problem when I want to play HUT or Rush.

Can you both try a full power cycle if your equipment? To do that, unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I have the same problem like guys here. We all tried everything and nothing works. Why are you have numbers of codes if you cant fix it and lets us play game i dont get it.
