Game crash all the time

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Xbox Series X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Dubbuc
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing HUT or world of chel
What happens when the bug occurs? My game freeze , blackscreen then shutdown
What do you expect to see? I would like to see a functional game lol
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

my game runs well while I'm in the menu, as soon as I'm in a rival game or champion, even in world of chel , my game freeze. Sometimes it completely shutdown my console. It can happen midgame or even at the end, mostly while I'm winning.

    Clean the dust/lint from your console vents and store the console out in the open, it sounds like it is overheating.

    Exactly. Bro, this game is the glitchiest game I have ever played. And I’m not even trying to play online. I can’t even get through one game without an error occurring and the game shutting down. It’s happened six times in the last 12 hours. This game sucks.

    @dubuc81 

    It's very possible your console is overheating. We're not getting widespread reports of NHL causing this to happen. Did you check for any debris/dust and that your console is in a well ventilated location?

    Also, where is the game installed? Is it on the internal hard drive or an external one?

    We're trying to get this reproduced so whatever details you have would help. Is it possible to get a video? Some help with that can be found here. We're having trouble reproducing this so any other information you may have could help. Thanks!

    This happens to me constantly.

    My console is clean, in a well ventilated space and is not warm. (Xbox Series S, game on internal hard drive)

    This only happens on NHL 23, specifically on Franchise Mode, in the playoffs whenever I try to switch from NHL to AHL. If I try and look at the AHL schedule, change the AHL team lineup, or get a notification regarding the AHL team (ex. an injured player) the game crashes and brings me back to the Xbox home screen. 

    Again, not overheating, only happens on NHL 23 and no other game, and only in this specific situation. But it does crash 100% of the time in this situation

    @Davyco10 

    Do you have another Franchise Mode save you can try? I'm curious if the save you currently have is bugged somehow and causing this. If you don't have one, could you create a new Franchise Mode career and see if it still happens?

    I'll try to give as much info as I can to minimize back and forth:

    Things I've tried-

    - restarting xbox

    - power cycling xbox

    - uninstalling/reinstalling the game

    - loading a previous save earlier in the season

    None of the above have worked.

    I will try to start a new mode, simulate to playoffs and see if it happens again.
