NHL 23 freezes when entering game mode on XBOX Series S

Question

I picked up NHL 23 for xbox series S last weekend. It was working fine until last night when HUT game modes were freezing after selecting sides. I tried restarting and receive an error that I was not able to connect to EA servers. My network connection is fine. I restarted my router to be safe but other online games are working fine. This seems to be specific to EA Servers.

What else can I do? The game also freezes when entering other game modes like Chel. Do I need to uninstall? Thanks for any suggestions!

I'd like you to try deleting the alternate MAC address with these steps:Go to your Xbox SettingsGo to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
