QOL changes

Hoping EA makes a good game eventually. That being said unless we see the changes people are asking for we won't see that day come.

Hockey bags

problem- nobody.. and I mean NOBODY likes these.. they're annoying to open, they're time consuming, we get things we don't want 99% of the time. If EA is listening and stuff is being passed to devs why do we still have them?

Fix- what if we are given money after games. With that money we can go to a shop and buy gear, animations, etc. We could also use money to throw into the "club pot" and buy new stuff for the club including an upgraded arena.

Music

Problem- the music in NHL games is awful and nearly everyone feels the need to mute it immediately. Who decides on these songs? Whose job is this? Have they been to a hockey game?

Fix- get music that fits the sport.. I guess this year was a little better than years past but it's not by much. Look to add 90's and early 2000's rock. Songs you expect to hear at a hockey game. Simply look at the songs that are played at NHL games..

Stats in WoC (small issue)

Problem a- all game mode stats are included in presented stats during a game. My club plays threes, 3's, and 6's so it looks rather silly when 1 player has 700 goals and another has 32.

Fix- presented stats during a game should reflect only that mode, and should reset each season.

Problem b- stats when looking at club members also include all game modes.

Fix- allow for switching between modes and seeing more club stats.

HUT

Problem- most teams all look the same and it often takes so long to get players we want.

Fix- take a page out of madden and give us cards we can train. Let me start my team with a 70 ovr Yzerman and Lidstrom. It would also be cool if I could just create a team of fake players and build them how I want and use training points to make them better. I think it would be cool to have my HUT team be filled with some of my friends irl. I would also add a salary cap some stats would add more to the cap of the team. Also, why not have a team builder/ uniform maker like WoC does? Building a team like this would be MUCH more fun.

Problem b- challenges are BORING!

FIX- Give us fun challenges. Face an entire team of giant Chara! Face an entire team of tiny gretzky. Face the spitin chicklets podcast. Face teams of former cup wins. Play challenges where we dont use our HUT team and instead play in historic games, where we have to do what teams did in the past like a big 3rd period comeback or win the cup with the team who DIDN'T win. Playing some random DEL team and ensuring i win 50% of faceoffs isnt exactly something I'm interested in doing or fun..

WoC

Problem a- Take a page out of perhaps the most advanced sports title on the market. 2K has a career mode built into their version of WoC.

Fix- allow us to play offline or online to build our pro. Allow us to edit our player stats, choose our own x factors. 2k changes how their pro is created.. look at videos of how they have done this the past 5 years and what people have thought about it. Then formulate your own way. I could think of dozens of ways..

Problem b- your game is just dying.. not enough changes and just not keeping up with any other sports title. Because of this the population is extremely low..

Fix- get rid of 1's and pro am. Find ways to push people to play club over drop in. Drops should be a mode to help clubs find players and for players to find clubs. I would add that players should be able to watch games in drop in lobbies to recruit OR allow clubs face drop teams. Those teams could invite players or players could ask to join the club. Players and ESPECIALLY clubs should not be staying in dropins.

Problem c- add a sense of realism.

Fix- imagine your team sucks but you build up enough money to buy a pro stadium. How funny would it be if you show up and only 10% of the arena is filled. Or worse, you're playing a team that's really good and they have more fans in your stadium than you do! Imagine your own fans start wearing bags on their heads, or throw jerseys on the ice after another loss. More wins= more fans and they travel better. Imagine your team losing money if they're not playing well and stadium costs are too much to sustain.
