Rivals play in games stuck at 4 games
i am apparently stuck on my final play in game for the remainder of NHL 23. My rivals menu says I have played 4 play in games. Including games I have now quit - trying to bypass the glitch so I can just move on to actual games, I have played at least 8. In my last 2 games I quit out trying to get past it, the game actually warned me that I was even close to relegation in a division if I kept losing. Only to bring me back to the rivals menu that shows me having only played 4 play in games. I waited longer than 72 hours for a reply from EA. 77 and a half hours, To be exact. The reply I got, redirected me to Xbox’s support page.. I mean what ? That, was what I waited 77 hours for ? A redirection to the Xbox help commonly asked questions page ? There could not be anything less “common” about this. I am here looking for answers because I am literally bewildered with the service I just received. And gives me 0 hope that this is something that can be fixed. I put hundreds of dollars and hours into this game each year. This needs to be fixed, addressed properly, and I should absolutely receive compensation for this inconvenience. I can’t get any rewards for playing games. No coins, no rivals progress, nothing. What is to be done about this EA ? Going to redirect me again to Xbox support ? Common issue ? I mean when I read that reply.. I haven’t been that angry in a little bit I’m going to be honest. Utterly ridiculous. Please help.
