Went wrong. I paid extra to play today and nothing is working! World of chel spits out every error message imaginable. Not only for me but for all my friends, too at this moment. Help is needed and much appreciated!

Community ManagerFor future reference, there's a walkthrough of capturing feedback here. Your video will work fine though. I'll pass this on to the team. In the meantime, are you able to start over with your changes? It's possible something you selecting originally with your arena is causing this to happen.
Just for further clarification, if your teammates are online, they also get the same error? They can be in the middle of a game, for example, and will get disconnected when you save and get this error?
Also, what console are you playing on?

when I save it my NHL 24 is closed unexpectedly
when my teammates are online and logged into WoC their NHL 24 are closed too unexpectedly

Community ManagerThanks for those details. We're currently investigating this as we've had some other reports of it as well. I'll post an update when I have one.
Every time I try to launch WoC, it just won't progress. The loading circle in the top right corner keeps spinning and spinning and spinning. Since release, I've only been able to create my character; after that, I haven't been able to do anything at all in WoC.
