Missing new Live Moments rewards
Just completed the Nik Ehlers and NJ Devils comeback live moments but no gold player packs nor live moments collectibles went to my inbox/unopened packs. Is this a known error?

And what about all the rest who also didn't get their rewards for completing those 2 Moments? Do we all have to make a separate claim and message you our Gamertag?

We're still working on this. When I have some news, I'll post an update.
Same issue. Completed both challenges Wed night. Both challenges show completed in moments and never recieved rewards. Continued playing that night and recieved other rewards from challenges and rivals. Signed out of NHL and quit the game, restarted, and still nothing. Restarted console and loaded into NHL after that and no live moment reward still. Logged in Thu. night and it still never caught up. Challenges are still being shown as complete for all 3 objectives for both challenges.
Not me, I'm still missing them.
