Also, clean the console vents of any dust/lint and store it out in the open rather than in an enclosed cabinet in case your console is overheating.

I have taken apart my console to clean it, deleted games from my console, and used an external hard drive. I am no longer having issues with the application crashing. But I still have many issues that make this game unplayable. My controller will constantly go unresponsive during a game. This only happens for this application and it happens all the time. It will also crash my controller. Over never see that happen before but the controller will shut off with no warning or notification. I have tried this with three controllers and they all do the same thing.

I had to do all that also for like two weeks I started my ps from safe mode.. try resetting the remote by pushing and holding the button on the back and change cords or check the port …
So far I have tried everything suggested and updated my controllers as well. The game is still lagging controller go unresponsive, controller crash, and the game crashes.
Community ManagerWhat happens when the game crashes? Does it just close and send you back to the PS dashboard? Also, have you tried playing with wired controllers?
