EASHL: Both Teams Wearing Full Black Uniforms / Uniforms Not Loading Properly

Platform:PlayStation 5
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Stat_09
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing EASHL
What happens when the bug occurs? Both teams are wearing full black uniforms (jerseys, pants, helmets, sticks, skates, socks, etc). Obviously, impossibly to tell who is who.
What do you expect to see? Both teams wearing the correct jerseys that aren't full black
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here EASHL 6 v 6 Clubs.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 9:10 PM
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region. North American East

Semi-often, both teams are wearing black and impossible to distinguish between the two players.

    Had custom club jerseys but now in game they revert to standard black NHL jersey since update patch. Reworked jerseys, again, and still black NHL jerseys in game. Known issue? Will this ever be fixed?

    I am also having this issue, I even deleted my club the first time this happened, remade a new one once again customizing everything just for it to happen again.

    I made a club when the game was released, fully customizing everything such as jerseys and logos. Then one day all of a sudden our jerseys were the stock black nhl all star jerseys. I went back in, customized everything again just for the jerseys to still be the stock jerseys. I tried disbanding that club and creating a new one just for the issue to happen once again. How can this be fixed?

    I’m having issues with custom jersey number colours. When 2 custom teams play the colour of their jersey numbers is the same regardless of how they were created. For example, one team has black numbers and the other has red, both will have red (or black) when they play. Messes the jerseys up. Frustrating.

    This is still an issue as of November 25th. This time it happened in the EASHL Playoffs.

    Happened multiple times in the playoffs (including game 7 of rounds). Weird is Im my only teammate who had this

    Still happening 12/23. So fun. About 1 in 4 games. I’m the only guy on my team it happens to. My teammate gets an all black screen with just the circles by the players feet every once in a while. Just him tho.

    It’s been two months. Any progress? lol of course not. But at least you suspended a bunch of accounts for using funny names. Great job. 👏
