Hut - Players can't move when I have the puck

Product: NHL 24Platform:Xbox Series SWhat is your gamertag/PSN ID?  How often does the bug occur?  Often (50% - 99%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  Not sure if it was last patch, but for the last few days I have not been able to move when I get the puck. I can play defense, pass, shoot, but my players get stuck as soon as I receive the puck.What happens when the bug occurs?  I have not been able to move when I get the puck. Is there anything plugged into the USB ports? If so, try unplugging them. If that doesn't help, can you try using another controller?

I only have the one controller.. nothing plugged into any ports.. I am able to move, play defense, use menus ect.. only when I receive the puck is when I am unable to move... doesn't make sense.. haven't had this issue at any other point during the year or previous games..

Any other thoughts?

Check to make sure your controller's firmware is up to date. That can be done in your Xbox settings under Devices&amp; connections &gt; Controllers &amp; headsets. Hit the button with 3 dots on it on the left. It'll say at the top if there's an update available or not.

I'm having the same issue on the PS5. As well as the animations for stick handling going wonky. Looks like they are carrying the puck behind their back and then go wacky waving arm guy from time to time.
