INAPPROPRIATE

I recently got suspended for a inappropriate name which is whatever but the problem is now EA locked my ability to change my name with the previous inappropriate name stuck on my character.  I'd like this changed so I don't get suspended again , I've submitted tickets 6 times but they say everything is correct but on the picture you can see my option to click my name is blanked out please help.

And yes I've appealed it 12 times just to reset my name but ea refuses to see anything wrong with what they did

Just please reset my name idc about getting ban removed just want my name put back to default so itb doesn't cause further issues

My cousin is going through this right now where he got an “inappropriate name” suspension and upon the end of his suspension he is unable to change his name. It’s locked. We’re just concerned that he will get a perma ban in the end for not changing his name but he’s trying to. Is there any reason for this?

Yes, we know how to go in and change it by hitting the little “I” button but the problem is his name is grayed out and he can’t actually edit it

We can't discuss the accounts of other players so even if you send me their gamertag/PSN ID, I won't be able to do anything with it. You can have them create an account here and send me a message though. Also, if their name was reset to Jordan NHL and they can't change it, that is intended.

I guess that makes sense, him and I just agreed I’d try to reach out because he doesn’t have the ability or time to be able to do it himself. And no his name isn’t locked as Jordan NHL, it’s locked as the inappropriate name he got the suspension for
