NHL24 Fails to load (white screen of death).. After first practice game

Hi,

I have a new copy of NHL24 and am having no luck playing this game at all. I have been able to install the game, patch it to the 1.6 patch and can only play the first round

of practice at the beginning of the game and then if I decide I want to pick a team to follow through with, the game will attempt to connect to EAserver and then I get a nice WHITE SCREEN of nothing!!! 

At this point my only option is to force quit the game and that is the end of it. 

Upon restarting the game, I no longer have the ability to do any practice and it automatically goes to connect to EAserver and then the WHITE SCREEN OF DEATH again!!

Please help me understand why I am not able to play my BRAND NEW GAME??? 

I have also done the following:

1. Deleted game and reloaded with patch. No Luck

2. I reformatted my PS4 thinking it was my machine, No luck

3. Deleted the game again and still no luck

4. Rebooted my Highspeed modem (gigabit btw) and no luck

5. Pulled what little of hair I have left!!!!! 🙂
