Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Played till rank semi-pro 1 (indicates as all time high, but have doubts if it was not pro3 when i disconnected at deep night, but that might be my fantasy). Finished play in 3 hours before season ends. Received prizes around 2 packs in 1 Day but it seems ive should get not less than 9-12 packs Also while i was waiting for rewards aive played a bit a New season. Seems like ive got rewards for New not yet ended season

Most likely, your rank was passed during those last 3 hours. Which would knock you down and get less rewards. The all-time high is the highest rank you were at when a season ended. So, if you made it to Pro 3, but finished at Semi-Pro 1, that would be your all-time high rank.
You haven't received rewards for the current season. Your rewards were for the season that ended on Wednesday.
